Im getting ready to do a cycle of deca 500/week and winstroll but im not sure if i really need the test to go with the deca or can i run the deca with winstol what do you think ??? how much winstall i was going to 1 pill first week 2 pills the following and so on till i get to 3 pills a day

Actually it didnt me...you see the fact that winny has a half life of 8 hours(actually 8-10 hours)...if you want optimal results its best administered twice a day every 9 hours.But whatever the case you're starting on the wrong foot bro...what are goals for this program?? Not using test while on deca can give you libido issues. so you want to use a minimal 200mgs aweek. ..You really should bring your BF lower BEFORE stating the program.But AMORPHIC had it right " you sure you're ready for anabolics"

Bro you need to do a lot more reading it seems to me that you dont know much about aas you have to have your diet in check and learn about the compounds you are going to use. For a first cycle 500mg of deca is too much and you need to run test with any 19nor. You should at least be taking 50mg of winne a day imo. If I was you I would run a cycle that would look like this.

Week 1-12 Test E 500mg inject 1cc every monday and friday
Week 1-10 Deca 300mg
Week 8-12 Winne 50mg a day

Proper PCT Anthony Roberts IMO works best

thanks and yes the winne was a typo i was 50 mg tab ed for a week then go to 100 mg the 2nd week for 6 weeks and i got the 50 mg tabs
and your right about the deca 500 is 2 much
my goal for this cycle is to get 20 to 30 lbs gains an dhoplfuly with the right diet i will not retain get 2 much water i want to get to 12% to 14 % bf before i start
