    Whats causing my high liver values ?

    ALKP 98
    ALT 38
    AST 32

    they are all elevated compared to the last time i took them, when they were all normal

    Things I changed ? started t4 400mcg, ephedrine 3 times a week on workouts, and got off a month of nolvadex aboout a week ago.

    Can any of these cause the higher liver values ?

    *Also, my IRON is off the chart LOW. should i start taking iron pills ?

    Yes all orals cause increased liver values. I'm not sure why your iron is low, speak to your doc.

    2 months ago i got off test and tbol (500,50), the a month of nolva at 40-20mg
    ive been on T4 since i entered PCT, at 400mcg.
    Not on any kind of NSAIDs...
    Ephedrine, ive been taking it on and off for about a month now, sometimes 3 sometimes 4 times a week.

    Lower the t4 to 200mcg and drop the ephderine ? seems like its all i can do.
    also, should i take iron ?

    Jason,
    When was your last blood test?If it was close to your cycle.Your counts can be masked.My doctor has told me that blood test while on can be flawed and the to find out if there is anything really going on all drugs need to be out of your system.

    As far as the counts you have now.They need to be monitored and addressed with supplements and diet.I know nothing about T4 and ephdrine , but I would be honest with your doc about everything you have taken.By looking at your avatar Im sure your Doc has already questioned you.If you cant be honest with your doc than find one you can.
    Having a profesional you can trust is a must for all serious athletes.He will be able to address your iron issues as well.

    It's not just 17AA's that will increase liver values

    By the way, thyroid hormones during pct is not smart. You are already in a catabolic state and don't need anything to exacerbate that.

    all those values are in the normal ranges

    ALT = 0-40
    AST = 0-37
    ALKP = 39-117

    As far as you iron goes, eat a steak and talk to your doc for sure
