hello guys, hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving. I would like some ideas on a good cycle to gain good quality muscle. I have done some cycles before but dont like the water retention. I have used sus 250, test cyponate, decca and d-bol before, Not all at the same time. My stas are 33 years old, 5'7, 190 pounds, 32 inch waist, body fat around 12%. Thanks.
