    Advice Needed please!!

Hi everyone, I'm new to this website & i've never taken any type of steriods , however i've been considering taking "winny", i'm 20 years old & am 5.11" @ 195 pounds, musculary built but however i do need to cutt. I've heard you talking about "Gyno" on the forums, however i have no lumps under my nipples, but have an annoying percentage of bodyfat around my chest area but this is due to the fact that i used to be very overweight, is there any methods of getting rid of bodyfat from the chest area, for example i've heard of armidex? not quite sure what it does exactly, anyway - any advice given would be very appreciated. thanks - Sai_Jos

There is no such thing as spot reduction (removing fat from one area.)

Best way to lose fat is cardio and diet.

Winny is not a good cycle.

Lot's of info here, read away and be safe.

I'm currently doing an hour of cardio per day (5days), & weight training 3 times a week, i used to be 16 stone, and have already cut to 190 - 195, and i'm trying to maintain as much muscle as i can, realistically, taking in 2000 calories & around 180 grms of protein per day, so should i just continue this plan?

continue on your plan until you have a solid muscle base. when you have peaked and cannot get any bigger or fitter then you can consider using aas. its not wise to use aas before you reach your genetic potential. be patient and train hard
