    am i doing something wrong

    ok i am about half way through my bulk cycle, witch is deca 600mg weekly,test e 500mg weekly. i also had a dbol kickstart and may do winny for a couple weeks at the end. i have been on hgh for about 3 months start at 3iu ed now at 4iu and will most likely stay here. stats as of now are 194lbs 5'10'' body fat probaly around 11-12%, i broke my caliber so body maybe a little off but not much. my goal is 225 at 10-11% body fat, i know this will not happen over night and really just want to hit at least 200lbs this cycle, but i cant break 194. started this cycle at 187lbs at about 10.5-11% bodyfat.

    hears my diet

    7am 8-10 eggs 4 whole eggs rest just whites
    9am turkey or beef and melba wheat crackers hand full of almonds or cashews
    11am foot long subway club double meat (sometimes i can only get 3/4 of it down)
    1pm bag of beef jerky and hand full almonds or cashew
    3pm turkey or beef and melba wheat crackers hand full of almonds or cashews
    430pm workout
    530-6pm musle milk shake and poweraid
    630- dinner meat (chicken,steak,) with veggies and some type of carbs
    8pm more meat from dinner and cashews
    10pm turkey and peanuts(boiled mostly) or spoonful natural peanut butter
    bedtime
    (deit changes a little from day to day but this is the basic)

    ok think thats it. any help would be greaty appreciated. also i have just moved into a new house so i dont have a comp unless i go to parents so i will not be able to respond right away. thanks

    your gear could be bad, you should have grown like a weed off that cycle.

    im still only like 6 weeks (mybe 7) in and know my gear is good. dont get me wrong i have grown just not like i was hopeing. guys at the gym look at me like im crazy because all my lifts have gone up alot. thing i dont understand is im getting more cut than anything, might be the hgh. i have even cheated on my deit alittle hoping it gain a few pound but it doesnt seem to matter.

    I think you need carbs and lots of them. you will never get to 225 with that diet.

    ok whats lots and when should i throw them in there. this was something i have been thinking about i just dont want to get fat again. also what kind of carbs do u sugest

    Yeah bro...you're starving yourself on that meal plan...trust me you wont get big on cashews and beef jerkey bro!!!

    I would add some oatmeal in the morning with your eggs also some brown carbs(oatmeal,brown rice) before you train and white carbs after,(potatos,english muffen ect)and protien Drink in the morning,post workout and cassien before bed
    Just a little example of ways you might be able to get some extra cal/protiens during your day.

    i bought some oatmeal last night and will start adding it to my deit tomorrow. i also have brown rice so thats wiil be done also. as far as carbs pre workout may be a problem because i do an hgh shot an hour or so before workout and i cant have carbs at this time. also i forgot to say i also eat 2 peice of wheat toast with my eggs. should i add the oatmeal still. and can i add oatmeal with other meals/

    I consume my pre carb meal 2 hours before I train and A protien shake an hour before I get in the gym so I dont think your gh shot would be a problem,Also you really do need more protien drinks in your day once a day is not enuff.2 peices of Toast in the morning with oatmeal might be a little much I would eat one or the other I prefer oatmeal with a scoop of protien powder.I have used the cycle your on many times and its always been good to me,If your not growing and your sure your gears all good then its prob diet or training.

    i was told in the deit forums to stop drinking so many protein shakes and eat more food. thats the reasons i havent been drinking that many. also my friend used some chart he has and told me i should be eating 40 grams of protein per meal. i told him i had peaked out and wondered if i should throw in some protein shakes he said that would be to much protein, that it would be a waist. is this not correct? should i lose a meal and add in shakes or add a shake with my meals.

    that 40 grams per meal is a load of crap in my opinion...shakes aren't bad, but you dont want them as a meal replacement...use them for in between meals for best results

    so if im eating every two hours then i should still drink a shake inbetween? your saying 40grams is not enough or to much

    if your 6-7 weeks into the cycle then the test and deca would just now be taking off... if you dont start to gain more wieght inbetween now and a week or two down the road then i would question the gear.....

    You can still drink a shake in between...if you wanna be a freak about it, then you can drink a shake anytime you wake up to go piss at night...40 grams is not enough...that's ok for some meals, but i just think that saying that's all you need is a load of crap...you can handle more than that for sure

    you need meat and taters stat! if i was bulking right now and boy howdy i wish i was, i would be eating at least 1lb of top sirloin eod. you need some real meat dude

    Imo:1.try a diet of 50%crbs,30prt and 20 fat.that in 4000cals
    2.try eating a big breakfast of about 50grms protein and close to 100grms of carbs.DONT BOTHER TOO MUCH ABOUT THE CALORIES.a heavy breakfast with lots of good carbs such as oats will spike ur insulin and u ll absorb more nutriens
    3.try to eat no more than 6 meals.what ur doing is needles as u dont give the chance to ur body to fully diggest ur food( i wonder if u feel any bloated or sick?).
    4.whenever u hit a plat eat more.and never drop under 2 grms/bodyweight of protein.

    i think this may be the case. my sexy drive is going crazy has been for few weeks but that could be because i frontload test. i really trust my source and have seen his gear work on other people. ill give it a couple weeks see what happens

    im eating almost 2 pounds turkey or meat ed. that doesnt even include my double meat sub for lunch or my chicken for dinner. isnt that enough meat? i do think i have been slacking on the crab side but will start adding them in today.

    my breakfast is same every morning 4 egg over med, 6 boil egg whites. two peices of wheat toast. how many more carbs would you say i need with that?

    i dont ever really feel bloated or sick but i do go to bathroom 4 plus times a day.

    just eat 100grms of oat with some milk and a protein shake.eat ur usuall breakfast 3 hours after that!and put some fruit in ur diet.preferably before and after ur workout.U nedd to eat at least 300 grms of carbs,put about 70 of them before and after ur workout meals.by eating more crbs after a week or 2 u will drop the times u go to the toil and ur produce in there will be good solid stuff(i guess they now are not,they probably are lots of small staff.this means that ur are not functioning correctly!)

    ok fruit is easy my dad grows whatever i need pretty much. and its soild now just happening to often. i have added more carbs to my deit in the last two days so ill see how that works out. carbs pre wo is a problem because my gh shot is hour before workout. cant really change this time because of work and i eat carbs pwo. the only thing i could do is one big gh shot in the morning but i beleive its better to split them up.
