Mixing Supplements?
Hey Guys, A Buddy Of Mine Had Recommended To Take Some Creatine While On My Next Cycle. Next Cycle Is Going To Be:
500mg Test E @ Wk / Wks 1-12
400mg Deca @ Wk / Wks 1-10
40mg Dbol @ Day / Wks 1-4
I Am Planning To Take A Multi Vitamin And Calcium, Wellcalcium,magnesium,zinc In One Pill.)
So Would You Guys Recommend Anything Else With This Cycle?

yea, fish oils and whey protein.

O M E G A 3 oil is good but it adds oil to your system and it makes me feel greasy . I would use a non flushing niacin @ 500mg a day instead of the oil . Should also take a vitamin b complex or at least b6 .

I have always heard that taking creatine during a cycle is a big no-no.

as for the supps - addd some vit c, liver protectants, crann extract (for the kidney),and whey protein/amino acids

Firstly, I don’t think he was making an open call for members’ favorite supplements, but rather asking advice on blending the supps he listed.
Secondly, and more question specific, Creatine during cycle is okay, but wholly unnecessary.
Thirdly, some things shouldn't be overdone. Hence, I take issue with your cal/mag supplementation proposal, for several reasons central to which is the FACT that it is possible to consume too much calcium. Men only require between 1g and 1300mgs ED, thus a diverse, high calorie, protein dense bb’er diet coupled with a multi-vit/min is far more than sufficient. To add an additional supplement is actually dangerous increasing the risk of elevated levels of calcium in the blood called hypercalcemia. Only 1% of this mineral should be in circulation, the other 99% is stored within bones. To much can also impair kidney function something a bb'er can ill afford, as well as the decreased absorption of other minerals zinc, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, etc.
Any issues or questions about this take it up with the National Institute of Health’s Office of Dietary Supplements.
