help with a couple questions

I am running more than a gram on my cycle of 19 nors on my cycle. I have some bromo for progesterone control but my question is how much do i take and how do i take it? I mean do i take it during the whole cycle or only when i feel my chest get puffy? Also I am running a gram of test so should i get something for cortisol control while on cycle or what? thanks for all of your help.
