About to start cycle , Final Thoughts ??

Hey bro ,


im about to start my cycle and this is what it looks like

test e (2x 225 mg mon/thurs) 12 weeks

pct nolva 20mg ED for 4 weeks first does 1 week after last test inject

Will be running a liquid tribulus during cycle

I may be geting a box of hcg which i will use after last inject of test


I will not be running nolva on cycle unless symptoms of gyno start to occur.


1)how does that look...

2)would u recomend running hcg during cycle or only after how im planning.

2)is 20 mg nolva ok for pct for 1 month after...

I wouldn't see a point to tribulus while on cycle, maybe on pct. I would wait 2 weeks after the last shot of test e to start pct.

x2, yes 20mg will do, but its fairly cheap, you should up it if you can. and no hcg is necessary

i forgot to say in my last post training is

mon - chest 30 min incline walk on treadmill
tue - Legs 30 min incline walk on treadmill
wed - back 30 min incline walk on treadmill
thurs - shoulders 30 min incline walk on treadmill
fri - arms 30 min incline walk on treadmill
Sat cardio/rest 30 min incline walk on treadmill/Abs
Sun - total rest

looks good. simple and it will be effective providing your diet is in check. i too would ditch the tribulus, there has been no documented proof it does anything to help natty test production. i personally would add another compound into the pct, even if it is a light cycle you hpta is still going to be fully shut down. aromasin would do at a low dose 15-20mg with your nolva
