Q on nolvadex while Cycling Test

Ive gotten a lot of mixed messages reading afew boards on this site and others about Nolvadex while on test... some say that it helps with water retention and helps gains and others say it diminishes gains, what do yall think?

This is a very good question.
Unfortunately this is one of the rare occasions in which mixed messages are actually valid...

SHORT VERSION:
Firstly, Nolva is a SERM not an AI, the basic difference being the former doesn´t actually reduce bodily estrogen like the latter. And the presence of estrogen can have many on-cycle benefits i.e. supporting muscle growth, a properly functioning immune system, a favorable lipid profile (both HDL and LDL), and it’s hypogonadic as infertile men given Nolva increased natty testosterone.

Sadly, as cited by the Walgreens commercial the world isn’t perfect, and Nolva has been linked to hindering on cycle gains via reduced IGF levels.

nolvadex is a better alternative than more powerful anti-e because it doesnt completely reduce ur estrogen levels way down
