Traveling during cycle

I'm getting ready to start a 12 week Test E cycle but I'll be going to Egypt for 9 days starting week 9. I've read the posts on traveling with gear and there are just so many conflicting opinions. I'm only doing 500mg/week, would I be all right if I shot right before I left and as soon as I got back or should I travel with my gear?

9 days is fine. Inject a double dose, imo, the second before you leave and then inject as soon as you get back. If it were me, Id wait to do my cycle when I can commit 100% to it, but I take this lifestyle seriously.

I would wait but this is the only time I have. I'm military and I've got summer training.

Let me clarify. I am not starting until january 15 and I must be finished with PCT by June 1. I could do an 8 week cycle, inject before and after my trip, or try traveling with my gear. Any suggestions?

I fly all the time with needles and stuff and never been questioned once. Never been through customs though. I don't know what the laws in Egypt are if you get caught there
