first glute injection, by my self

i just did my first ever glute injection

wow does it suck doing it

first of all my movement now is not so great



i stood up in the mirror

i did the usual wiped my self with Alcohol

then i jabed it in i found it real hard to asperate with one hand

i started to inject my 2 ml, 1 ml down i got a cramp on my side, so i stoped and stood normally while the needle is geting knocked around

i finish injection i rip the baby out and i seen a tiny red bubble


its hard to do it i must say




HOW TO YOU FELLAS DO IT BY UR SELF????


can i lay on my bed and inject,


it seems important to inject into ur glutes, due to it being the best place ur gear will be absorbed


any tips on doing this would be greatly appreciated

dont flex muscle, do it after shower.

i did do it after a shower i dont care about the pain or what ever its just a bullshit thing to do like i find it hard taking shirts off


i will practice twice a week

put all your wieght on one leg, the one your not shooting, and pick the other leg up bearly off the floor, the leg of the glute your shooting..... and bearly push it in, it will go in by its self pretty easily, and then just pull back on it, i use both hands, and then push it in real slow..... then i pull it out and put pressure over the injection hole, and message it to help push the oil around...

i kneel the knee of the side im injecting on a chair and put all my weight on my non-injection leg... ive done it so many times that i don't even have to look after i poke myself...

It gets easier with practice bro you can also inject in your delts which is really easy to do but its painful a day or so after I just did my first delt injection Sunday and it hurts like hell its just a virgin muscle. You will get better at it with time at least your not one of those *****s that won't do it themselves.

grab the barrel of the needle with your bottom three fingers, and use your thumb and index to aspirate.. Or reach around and use your second hand? Or lay on a bad and roll over on your side..
