    Bloating??

Hey I am getting ready to start my next cycle. In the past I have had a problem with my face getting really puffy. Is this because I am not getting enough water (gallon a day min) or my sodium intake is too high? Any ideas how to control that??

    ^^ Buff got it right.

many factors come into play. the cycle, your diet, estrogen control, sodium intake etc

i would make sure you have some letro on hand for that cycle, running tren and deca together can potentially aggrivate progesteone related gyno.

estrogen from test can cause water retention. running .25mg-.5mg ed of arimidex solves that problem for me. Deca causes water retention also.

Deca is also the culprit but I bet your diet is not in check.
