Aight, Got my stuff tonight, and im ready to fire it up tomorrow.. I plan on being done with this cycle and well PCT'd by the time i hit my plane for Brazil!! Id just like to have a nice kick for when I go! :-)
Anyways what I have on my plate is 10 week long for my plan..
I have 20mL of Sust, and i have 20mL of tren A.
the way I was planning on taking this was EOD injections..
125mL of Sust and 100mg of tren EOD
if ya notice by the time week 6 starts I will be out of Tren and going solo on the sust..
weekly this will give me 500mg worth of sust, and 400mg worth of tren. this should suffice..
my question is this and ill put my stats below aswell..
can I get away with doing 75mg of trenA EOD and still see good gains?? or should i stick with 100mg? I have never used tren before and just dont wana over do it.. Im not looking to be super man, I just wanna get cut up a lil more and add on 15 or so pounds of solid mass.
my cycle experiance is short
I did 250mg of test cyp once a week for 10 weeks.. It wasnt super bad I know but I made decent gains from it lol.. I was new and scared when I did that cycle just so you know.. and this was also 2-3 years ago..
pretty much my body is going to be new to AS.. being said that can i get away with a lower dosage of tren EOD or do i need to stick with 100mg EOD for good results??
currently I just weighed myself at 183 pounds, according to my handhead BF meter im at 13.3% but last time i was at the doc i was 14%, and I stand 5'11" tall and I am 24 years of age!
I work out very often and have my workout down to a science.. I eat well also no candy, no soda. I love eggs, tunafish and chicken breasts, and turkey sandwiches ha ha!!
being I want to drop down to around 10%BF and still gain a solid 15pounds of muscle.. how should I cycle what i have, and do I need to be eating more than I normally do or just keep doing what i have been? or what? I normally eat 3-4 times a day smaller meals and 9times out of 10 they are pretty healthy foods i eat, plenty of protein..
I will be adding protein shakes to my diet for this cycle aswell, once in the morn and once before I work out! and I will watch the fat I injest even more!
as for my PCT
ill be on armidex and nolva waiting for me to finish up, I plan on taking both of them in a tapering effect for 4 weeks, and I will also take them accordingly to signs of anything bad.. I have plenty supply of them so i can start them whenever and be ok..
