You can get the Sustanon redijects in TJ there pretty expensive they are preloaded shots. Dont buy any of the vet products because they are mostly fake the vet guys will show you lab reports stating that they are real but dont waste your money all the big vet companies got busted in 2005. I would try to find a good source in the states but if you are going to buy in TJ good deep into town don't go to any of the Pharmices close to the border like I said your best bet is to but the organon sustanon redijects. Good luck and welcome to AR

dont tornel still make good sust?
-

No, not all the companies went down. I visited the Tornel factory a few months ago while in Mexico. I say stick to human grade products, tho more expensive, you will have the knowledge that you got the right stuff and not faked items such is the case with lots of the vet gear, but not all of it.

its a hit and miss thing...according you buddies that go, the cops are doing a lot more scams then years before. They will pull you over and demand money or arrest you. This is not to mention the drug cartel stuff. I was just on a cruise about six months ago and we were suppose to stop at roserita mexico and the cruise line cancelled it due to all these issues and the cops suggestions..

I've been arrested in TJ before and it wasn't for anything gear related. I simply gave money to a bum begging. A cop saw it , accused me of buying drugs from him and took my friends and I to jail because we didn't have enough money to pay our "fines" on the spot. Cops out there are corrupt and they supplement their income by extorting money from American tourists.

I had to pay a cop off for buying gear and later I find out he was not a real cop, but a parking lot renta cop.

Ive hears several stories similar to this.
Ive also heard a few like this one. Basically they sell you gear in a sting type situations real cop or not and take all your money and re sell it to another sucker.
I have been to Mexico many time and will probably go again this year but I wont be wondering away from the resort areas for sure anymore. Gone are the days of backpacking or taking the local buses & hitchhiking across country.Last edited by lovbyts; 02-13-2012 at 01:11 AM.

Ask your buddy about Rosarita. Less BS than Tijuana.

Did anyone ever see that Locked Up Abroad show about the guy who printed counterfeit money to buy gear in TJ?

Yeah that blows I guess I have gotten lucky then because I haven't had any problems with things like that.
D'oh! That sucks man are you guys going to pharmacies that are downtown though? Cuz I stay away from there also helps that I have friends there who take me around and know whats up.
Yeah been there and going there again but thats real touristy so I am wondering what the prices will be. Probably just going to get redijects from Organon.
yeah that was a good one and the guy got too greedy.

I have spent a lot of time in TJ and Rosarito. "Pharmacies" on Revolution for about an 8 block stretch are everywhere. 95% of them are selling garbage and do not advertise gear. If they trust you and want to sell you gear, they will probably ask for money, go to one of the few "legit" places and then charge you a nice margin. I have two pharmacies that I've used for over 7 years for various things, but gear is new for me to buy down there. I'm trolling these threads now to look for advice. The best one so far is pony up for the SGP Organon Sust, which is a real, real rip but it is real since it is really hard to fake that sust.
If a legit pharmacy trust you (years of business with you and you have spent $$$$ with them over the years), your options open up. For everything. PCT, prescription meds you can't buy anywhere, opiates, benzos, etc. etc.. you get the idea. You can get almost anything. The problem with finding gear is that the pharmacy doesn't know real from fake. They just know that guys come in and buy the shit and are jacked up - so they assume it works. It isn't their fault, they are legit but AAS probably represents 5% of their total business.
About this thread... if you are careful and a regular international traveler, TJ isn't scary. I've been living here for the last few months. I have a condo south of Rosarito and they have a gym. I get high speed wifi and everything is cheaper here. I have my place in LA too but no real bills to speak of. I just rather be here.. my car rental is 10$/day and $14 a day if I want to cross into the US. Life here is simple and you can get anything.
Crime is a problem but it depends on how you dress and how you act. Do you talk to everyone who talks to you? Sucker. Do you wear your normal Tag/Omega/Rolex and a chain around your neck.. Idiot. Sorry but you want to have a good experience, don't walk into town acting like your an American visiting Venice beach. This is TJ and acting ignorant, getting drunk, putting yourself into bad situations, not knowing how to deal with corrupt cops, can all get you robbed or worse.
However, if you know what you're doing, this can be a really relaxed place. You learn the best spots for everything and it grows on you. There are some gems and there are some really decent people.
Recommendations to go farther south are from people who haven't been to Mexico in a while... South of TJ is pretty quiet. Rosarito and Ensenada are very quiet and don't have much of a tourist presence. Even TJ has been low on tourist most weekends since 2011 or so. I think fear about violence is the main reason.
One tip, keep your money in different pockets. This protects you in several ways... if you get shook down by a cop, they can't take more than they think you have. Second, if you are robbed (very unlikely), they can't take more than you have. I have never been hassled by a cop in TJ in 13 years of coming here. Most cops in TJ - Centro are not too bad, just trying to prevent crime and if you're drunk, they might give you a hard time. Then there are a few seriously corrupt ones that shake working girls down for money (or sex in lieu of regular payments), falsely accuse you of things, etc. They usually want a bribe - offer them 500 pesos and tell them that's all you have or they can book you. If you get arrested, don't panic. Just try to think of it as an experience. Once in the jail, you will pay a small fine and be let go. *I have not been arrested in Mexico, but many friend have for stupid reasons. That's my TJ wisdom for today. Hope it helps someone.

Even though it's an old thread, good advice. I travel to Mexico frequently but only on vacation. I always carry a throw away wallet just for those reasons. No credit cards in it, no current ID and only a bunch few one dollar bills and some Pesos and the rest tucked away.
I also dont do anything stupid like wearing jewelry, over dress or act arrogant or get stupid drunk. always be aware of your surroundings, most people are clueless.
