I have done two cycles befor with noticable gains, but not as much as I know I am capable of (due to the fact I didn't change my diet). I will be on test, deca, and d-bol for 12 weeks with some winstrol at the end. I am 215lbs. with 12% bf. I was just wondering if someone could give me a heads up on about how much I am supposed to increase my calorie intake, and what I should be eating while I am on my cycle to maxamize my gains. Thanks.
