I recently did my first cycle. I used 500 sust for 10 weeks and 15-20 dbol the first 4 weeks and the last 2 weeks.
I gained 17 pounds and all my major lifts went up at least 40-45 pounds.
My last sust was nov 10th.
Since, I have lost 12 pounds and all my lifts are almost back to precycle levels.
I have been keeping my lifts to major compound lifts and keeping my workouts less than 1 hour every other day. I also cut out the cardio. Eating lots of protein and lots of calories, but it just seems to be hitting the midsection.
I am taking good clomiphene 50 Mcg a day.
Is this normal?? Any advice on what I could do different???
