Big losses after cycle
I recently did my first cycle. I used 500 sust for 10 weeks and 15-20 dbol the first 4 weeks and the last 2 weeks.
I gained 17 pounds and all my major lifts went up at least 40-45 pounds.
My last sust was nov 10th.
Since, I have lost 12 pounds and all my lifts are almost back to precycle levels.
I have been keeping my lifts to major compound lifts and keeping my workouts less than 1 hour every other day. I also cut out the cardio. Eating lots of protein and lots of calories, but it just seems to be hitting the midsection.
I am taking good clomiphene 50 Mcg a day.
Is this normal?? Any advice on what I could do different???

PCT diet
PCT was clomid and it is legit. I am taking 50 Mcg a day
not too keen on using HCG
I think my diet is pretty decent. I've read a lot of the diet forums and I'm sticking pretty close to the avg recs.
What do you suggest for my training?? RIght now I am doing heavy sets of the following.
Monday
Flat bench 3 sets 5-7reps Decline or incline 3 sets 5-7 reps
weighted Pull Ups 3 sets 5-8 reps Bent over row 3 sets 5-7reps
Pull over 3 sets 7-10 reps
Wednesday-
Squats 4 sets 8-10 reps leg ext 2 sets leg curls 2 sets calves 3 sets
Military press 4 sets Shoulder raises 2 sets Shrug 2 sets
Friday
Dead Lifts 3 sets 5-8 reps
Dips 4 sets 5-8reps
Curls 2 sets with last set super set
tri ext 2 sets with last set as a super set
I have a small frame and tend towards ab ectomorph, so if I do much more or stay in the gym longer, I lose instead of gain.
Any suggestions??

It is normal to lose some of what you have gained once off cycle,but if you keep training hard and eating heavy,you should keep a large portion of them.
Also,you should include Nolve in pct.Nolve and Clomid work great together at kick starting your boys back into working again.

50mg of clomid is not enough IMHO.
40/40/20/20 is common with nolvadex alone and pct with clomid alone something like 150/150/100/50 or running a combination of the two products.

I assume you mean 50mg of clomid a day, not 50mcg, but regardless that's not a sufficient pct.

Clomid sucks ass, you should have ran HCG 10 shots and your done. I gained 17lbs and kept 12lbs

Bro go ahead and add some tribulus to your pct...about 3,000mgs a day...Post your diet in the forum and we'll look at it...

So basically all he should have done is Nolva and HCG . From my experience I would have just run nolva with that cycle!
