can any one give me some advice? im 25 and have been bodybuilding on and off for over three years. im 5'6 and have been 15 stone with 18% bf at biggest but was just to fat. i have done two cycles in the past and have had great gains. any way i had to have six months off due to a move to london. i have started training again now harder than ever and doing cardio to keep the bf down, also my diet in good with the sights of competing for the first time in april 09. What i need advice on is over the next 16 months what cycles to use and when to use them. please could some one give me advice?
