    Newbie Question

    Please do not think I am a complete idoit, I have been doing my research and I am learning gradually. MY question is, a lifter at my gym who has offered to sell me steroids before is now telling me that all I need for the results I want is to run a couple cycles of Clen and thats it. Which is not what I've been reading. Is he just tryin to sell me the stuff I assume? Im 21yo. 5'11" and 205 lbs. Should I just start with Test?

    test e for 10-12 weeks 500mg/wk
    2 250mg shots every 3.5 days (monday morning/thursday night)

    thats my first cycle.
    4 weeks in and can tell AND feel a big difference.

    If you want to lose weight just stick with diet and cardio and with the test it dosent have to be 3.5 days it can be any time during the day.

    first off, how is your diet?

    what are your stats? bf%? lifting experience?

    i dont know why the rest of you guys just automatically recommend he runs a cycle without actually knowing anything about him

    Thanks for the help and the cycle info. I've been lifting for about four years, but recently lost about 70 lbs.(from Dieting and exercise) and my stregnth went with it. But now that I've got most of it back, I want to take it to the next level. My BF% is around 13-15. I know thats still high but I've worked my ass off to get there, and am ready to get it down to around 10% eventually.
