I have just started back working out and am looking to burn fat and put on some lean muscle mass. In the past, I've always used Deca and Sust 250 mostly. Have done some D-Bol, but I didn't stay on it long. I have considered starting off with Deca and Winny, but am not sure what 3rd component to use. Any advice? I am 6'2, 220lbs.
