stop or not ?
Hi there
My gym is closed 10 days because of christmas and new year. Should I continue taking gear during this time ? I know that's it's not good to stop but I will feel like I waste money for nothing without training...

no do some training at home... like push up, pull ups, dips on a chair... im sure you have to have some weights at ur house... i wouldn't stop... maybe you could find another gym in your neighborhood that is open during this time and buy a weekly pass...

Reconforce I know where your coming from. I used to belong to a "health club" because my parents were paying for it. I could never go work out though because they had shitty hours and I couldn't get around my work/school schedule. That all changed when I said **** it and joined Anytime Fitness a few months ago. It's 24/7 and it's got everything I need. Time to get big!

A 24/7 gym, or one that is damn near close (like closes one night a week for cleaning) is essential. I'll never join a health club or anything like that again.

I'm on sust 500mg/w and deca 250mg/week. I will train in another gym far from my home and will fight against trafic jams !

if you're on cycle it would be stupid to stop for 10 days, your cycle i imagine is probably 12 weeks at least, so 10 days is nothing. How far into your cycle are you?

agree w/ everything posted above...if it's a long travel, you could hit really intense 3 day workout split for the first week, then do a deload week the next few days til they open back up and do just the pushups and pullups as someone stated...
