    Help!!plz...

    Im 19, and is 101kg, with 7 percent body fat,but I want to pick up more weight in my legs...but dont have any calves!! is there something on the market that can help,except the normal sustonan or deca??plz?

    Um.. Food is the most gracious anabolic around brotha.. Eat and train correctly.. your legs will grow.. Hit them twice a week if you need too..

    Calves you need to hit about 4x per week. I hit them 3 sets each workout, 4x per week. Just one exercise each day and rotate between exercises each workout. My calves are about the same size as my upper arm, so it has worked well for me. Ive been doing it that way now for nearly 20 years.
