New at this but have researched tons!
Basically I was wanting to get some advise from the rest of you, I will be doing a cycle of 500 week 250 and dec but not sure how much yet, 10 week cycle PCT clomid. 5'10 175# BF19 Have been working out for two years clean, any advise on eating patterns and any advise on getting quality lean muscle. My goal 210#:

With your bf around 19% wei***ng 175 it sounds like you may need to address you weight regimen and your diet prior to cycling. Check out the diet forum for some great info.

Bro diet advise will be found in the diet forums...at 19% not a good idea for you to start yet...get it down 15% and lower...Trust me bro at 175 and training 2 years you can do alot more good by training natty and getting a better base before starting cycles..

if you 175 @ 19% you got some diet issues there bud.
