    week 1 anadrol 50 mg & novadex 10 mg everyday

    week 2 anadrol 50 mg & novadex 10 mg everyday

    week 3 anadrol 50 mg & novadex 10 mg everyday

    week 4 anadrol 50 mg & novadex 10 mg everyday

    week 5 anadrol 50 mg novadex 10 mg & winstrol 16 mg everyday

    week 6 novadex 10 mg & winstrol 16 mg everyday

    bad cycle. what are your stats and what are you trying to achieve by cycleing?

    im 24 5'11 190lbs I wasnt going to do steroids but I train and workout 4 days a week for an hour and It seems pointless after 3 years.

    I just want to have a great chest and a all around great body preferably 20lbs +

    well bro your diet and or traing is off. Why dont you post your diet and training routine and we'll see if you can get some help.

    Also why are you looking at oral only? For one you wont get good results. For two there are so many young newbs that come on here that want to do oral only cycles that it makes the members here frustrated, so they wont help much. There are only a couple of orals i would ever use, and i wouldnt do them by them selves.

    alright here is my training routine

    Day 1: Chest, biceps
    Bench presses 3 sets 6- 8 reps
    Incline bench presses 2 sets 6- 8 reps
    Dips with added weights 2 sets 8-10 reps
    Barbell curls 3 sets 6-10 reps
    Dumbbell curls 2 sets 6-10 reps

    day 2 off

    Day 3: Thighs
    Squats 2 sets 6-10 reps
    Leg presses 2 sets 8-10 reps
    Leg curls 3 sets 8-10 reps

    day 4 off

    Day 5: Shoulder, triceps
    Presses behind neck 2 sets 6- 8 reps
    Upright row 2 sets 8-10 reps
    Side laterals 2 sets 8-10 reps
    Lying triceps presses 3 sets 6-10 reps
    Triceps pulley pushdown 2 sets 8-10 reps

    day 6 off

    Day 7: Back. calves
    Chins with added weight 3 sets 8-10 reps
    Lat pull to neck 2 sets 8-10 reps
    Barbell bent-over row 2 sets 6-10 reps
    Seated cable row 2 sets 6-10 reps
    Standing calf raise 3 sets 8-12 reps
    Seated calf raise 2 sets 8-12 reps

    steroids arent magic pills, you need to food to grow. Thats like running a car down the 1/4 mile track. If you run it without gas it doesnt move (where your at) If you add the spray (NOS) and try to run it guess what, you gain the horsepower but its only efficient if there is gas in the car, then you move! So you need to revise your diet and breakdown what you are actually getting on a day to day basis.
