Deca once a week?

Hi, I have finally started my 1st cycle.

300mg Sust per week.
200mg Deca per week.
for 9 weeks.

I know its a bit light but I didn't have much Sust...

Anyway, I was just wondering can I just inject the Deca once a week? Or should I inject the Deca every other day with the Sust?

Once a week inj for Deca is fine, it's a long ester.

I prefer a monday/friday split or monday/thurs.

I split deca twice a week, it isn't required but if you're already making shots then it's just as easy to combine it with one of those shots.

Well I got the Sust and Deca in Sachets. So I suck one 3ml into a syringe then inject a bit and leave the syringe in the fridge... No vials...

NO, don't do that. Leave them in a dark, room temp place. remember to change the needle right after the injection, then store

Not all that great of an idea but, if you change the needle right after you use it then you have a much less likely chance to cause an infection or contaminate the oil inside the syring that was used. I say "less likely" because it still isn't a totally sanitary practice.

I wouldn't ever do this but it's not a totally out of the question idea, especially dealing with Sachets and you don't have any sterile vials to transfer them to. You should invest a couple bucks and order some sterile, sealed vials to transfer them all into

I cant find and vials... anywhere. I live in Australia.

agreed once is fine, but he's already shooting sust eod, so in this case I would split it twice a week and couple it with 2 of the sust injections during the week rather than poking an extra time for the deca .

I musta missed that part too, it is better to shoot twice a week.
