    Best time to inject?

    Hey everbody!

I'm about to start an 8 week Test Prop/NPP cycle. Because of my schedule, I have to lift in the morning around 7am before work. This will be my first time with the short esters. When would you say would be the best time for me to inject regarding the half-life of the esters?

If you are asking time of day, just keep it consistent. I don't know if there is any studies that show, injecting and then working out is anymore beneficial. Just keep is consistent, and eithere ed or eod.

    Exactly.

I've always prefered shooting the muscle that I will be working that day. The logic being that the constant stretching and added blood flow will help disperse the oil. I also find it incredibly painful to shoot after a W/O or into an already sore mucle.

Others have found shooting then lifting too painful. Try it for yourself and see what you prefer...Just be consistent.

I sometime shoot before i lift sometimes after, sometimes in the muscle sometimes not. None of it bothers me at all. I only use shorts esters if at all possible and all i really try to do is shoot about the same time of day. Since your prop and npp are 3 and 4 days esters a variance within a few hours shouldnt make a difference.
