how much tren should i use first time?

im looking to start my third cycle i have done a test cycle that was 500mg/wk for 12 weeks and a test/deca /winny cycle. i am looking now at a test/eq/tren cycle like this:

teste: 500mg/wk 12 weeks
trene: 225mg/wk 3-9
eq: 400 mg/wk 12 weeks

i have nolva and bromo to use if needed anyone see anything i should add or change with this cycle?

i am 6'0 205lbs little more body fat then usual been off for 8 months

id go with 400 tren and 600 eq. I would keep the tren at 400 if its your first run with it. Since it takes so long to "kick in" and so long to exit one would not want to over due tren.
Do not use nolva ( or any serm for that matter) with a 19-nor. They can increase the risk of gyno bigtime. Use an ai to control estrogen, thhat way you "cure " the problem instead off just blocking it.
Id also start the tren in week one and go to week 10. People say not to run tren past 8 weeks but i think thats mainly for tren a not tren e.

id do 50mgs a day of tren my first time... although i did 75 ED...

if your doing tren E, 400 is too much. I had to quit when I was only doing 300 my first time. The enanthate ester builds up, Even a VERY knowledgeable and experienced vet on her had to quit it at 400 of TrenE and he had done Ace before. Something to consider.

^^^ my mistake i was thinking tren ace. Yes id say tren ace for the first time with tren. Fast in your body fast out (if you get bad sides.)

start with tren ace 50mg/ed and bump up to 75mg/ed if you can tolerate the sides

I'm looking at using Tren A 75mg EOD for 10 - 12 weeks on my first cycle (still researching), sprinkling in Test E and Dbol as well.

Tren E is the "slower" moving moving of the Tren and has harsher side effects? Or are the potential sides equally as rough?

tren e is tren with an enanthate ester, which stays in your system for several weeks upon cessation of shots. tren ace is acetate ester which clears out of your system in a day.

obvious advantage of ace is being able to start pct right away and being able to stop injections if the sides are too much to handle.

you should be shooting your tren ed, not eod

and generally, 8-9 weeks is max length for tren.

malbolgia, a test e, tren, and dbol cycle for your first is overkill.

200mg/wk is a fun dose.. gains better than an avg deca cycle w/ very minimal sides
