Take my game to the next level? (Rotator cuff problems?)
Hello
I've been playing football for 14years, and I only have 2 years left. It is currently off season, and spring training don't start for about 3-4months. I've been training in the gym for the past 2years strait. I also have a rotattor cuff tear (not torn) its the type of injury that doesn't heal by it self and needs a lot of weight training, and it kind of holds me back a bit on the field. I want to take my training to the next level for the next football season and help heal my rottator cuff tear.
I'm
20 years
6"3 285lb's
Been playing defensive end since 93.
Any advice would be much appriciated. I'm thinking about buying from that www.ar-r.com site, is it for real? has anyone bought from theme and had success???? and if so what should I buy from the site, I can spend up to about 500$ for my 1st order?
Thank you very very much in advance.

I'm confused as well.
Rotator cuff tear + Ar-r products = Next football level
Where's the connection?
And you might want to get a 2nd opinion on that "needs lots of weight training" quote. Most of the time, treatment for rotator cuff injuries involve exercise therapy but they are rather lightly weighted. Your doctor or physical therapist will outline specific exercises designed to help heal your injury, improve the flexibility of your rotator cuff and shoulder muscles, and provide balanced shoulder muscle strength WHEN APPROPRIATE. Depending on the severity of your injury, physical therapy may take from three weeks to several months.
