hi guys this might seem a bit stupid but are you suppose to take anadrol everyday or is there a day wen you dont have to take it?

Only take it on days that end with an "y"

Take everyday and be consistent about the time you take it, i.e. do not take it morning one day and evening the next. You want to maintain a balanced level in your blood.

yea 50 ed should be fine. why dont you post your stats and your next cycle including pct for a critique. that way you can nail it down properly before you start on jan 1st.

Yes take every day, half life is too short to not take every day.

well my stats are
Age: 22
Height: 183cm
Weight: 106kg lean (118kg offseason)
bodyfat: 10 - 11%
Cycles: 2 cycles (1) Test E 500 - 800mg weekly (2) Test e & p 500mg each
Goals: to ass as much muscle mass as i can before my competition comes up next year. then shred up and WIN WIN WIN
