whats the most test i can run
im currently running a 500ml test-c, 400ml deca cycle that i kick started with 50mg daily d-bol for a month and am done with the d-bol and am wondering what is the most of both the test and deca i can run weekly........ or what is the reccomended most to run????????

I have personally ran test as low as 200mg/week, and over 1g/week. For me the sweet spot is around 600mg/week, beyond that I get diminishing returns and increased sides.

500-700 will sufice no need for more

i have gone up to 1000mgs/week of test.
750mgs/week is what is best for me tho

Most users dislike 1g of test due to the sides and minimal gains compared to something less harsh like 600mg per week. At that dose (1g per week) most people experience libido loss, more acne, and more bloating. Why go over a dose that you are comfortable with? I agree with Imma******ger due to the fact that test is a weak hormone compared to 19nors when it comes to muscle building. A lot of users on Tren (19nor) will use just above an HRT dose of test but run 75-150mg of tren a EOD and report that its fine, no problems. So your advice should be researched out before being given. May be fine for you BUT not fine for the next person, everyones bodies react differently.

Ive gone over 2g per week of test. its really no use IMO.

whats the most deca i should run then if i run 600ml test-c

I agree with both of these. The most I have ever run was a gram/wk but didn't see any benifit to it at all. My blood pressure went through the roof and I got headaches almost everyday around noon. Stick to the 500 - 750 range and this will provide the best benifits with the least amount of sides. More is not always better
of course, it's all weight dependant too... Someone like Jay Cutler (don't care if you like him or think he shouldn't have won, just using him as an example because of his size...) wouldn't benifit from 500 or even 750mg/wk. The whole mg/kg ratio is just too low, and plus he's probably done more cycles than anyone on this board...just a guess, don't get mad if you've done 100 of them lol. Anyway, someone like him could benifit from 1g to 1.5g+ cycles of Test/deca /EQ/Primo...etc. You get my pointLast edited by Dizz28; 12-27-2007 at 10:37 PM.

I don't think there is a benifit to running over 600mgs/wk of deca , IMO. Once again the sides might be more then what the benifits are.

yea bro im 260 i more than 800mg of test is just wasted for me. and if that is powerlift mike's real picture, listen to that guy, but it looks like markus ruhl but got bad eyes so i can't tell

varies individual to individual according to cycle experience, goals etc.
