Gear legal in Canada?

So I was just in the post whore thread and I read a bunch of stuff about gear being legal in Canada and schedule 4 steroid laws (I will have to read up on that). Is this true? in every province?

I have been scared about buying from overseas when all this time its legal? Perhaps moving to Canada was the best thing I did after all!!!!

Unless you are ordering massive amounts (we're talking truckloads) and have the intent to distribute and sell, nobody gives a shit about steroids up here in Canada.

Chances of a package getting snagged at customs is like very minimal, id guess a five percent chance at best. And dublin, there is no talk of sources or asking where to get'em questions on this board, read the rules my friend...

i dont have my criminal code book but

u can posses anabolics but only certain kindas ( my book isnt with me so i cant give examples i just remeber having lists of what you can have and what is totally illegal to have)
some of them u cant have at all.
also you have to have personal use , cant have over 5000 in anabolics in ur possesion

I know it's not that comparable at all but I heard of a guy who got done for dealing coke and although he had lived in Canada his whole life (40 years) he was deported as he did not get his citizenship.

Yer that's true but from what I read its still 18 months is the sentence for buying and selling here. Not a big term and yer would probably do only half that but still too long with so much at stake..... I just ordered from a DB supplier and will get my PCT shit from Lion..... Lets see what happens....

Ya its schedule 4 here not completely sure but for the most part possession is fine. They wont do anything to someone that just has a small personal supply or odering online.

if any aas gets found in customs, it will be confiscated, this is the same for pct chems. You would receive a letter of seizure. its not a big deal in Canada, you dont have to worry about controlled delivery or anything.

If a cop pulls you over and you have 6 vials of tren with you, he cant even take it away.

Yup, that actually happened to a buddy of mine. He was pulled over by the pigs and they searched his vehicle looking for drugs. They found 10 vials of test, 500 tablets of Turinabol, and 8 amps of HCG. Wanna know what the cops did? Nothing. They didn't find any other drugs so they just let him go. They can't bust him for having that in his posession because it's not illegal here in Canada. It didn't even cross the cops' minds.
