U can go into any pharmacy and buy slin pins there, Hell even wallmart carries slin and the pins.

I believe in California they have clinics that you can go into and pick up boxes for free. It is because there are so many people slamming heroin and the like out there. My cousin is one of them and he grabs me a box whenever I am out there for me, I believe this goes for any size pins but definitely insulin pins. Got to love a liberal state.
