    Question Anti eastrogen

    If i have a problem with a flabby chest (bitch tits technicially) will anti eastrogen supliments help remove this will good cardio?

    most likely cardio and a good diet. Gyno is very different than having higher bf.

    Diet will not spot reduce bodyfat in your lower chest. If your physick is fairly lean, and only your lower chest have extra breast tissue, liposuction is the only remedy.

    losing overall bodyfat can make a difference. Is this 'gyno' or just flab?
