    resting on cycle

    how many days do you guys suggest resting per wk while on a cycle.do you need less rest while taking steroids .thanks

    Some will say just as much on juice as when you are off. Lifts will be more intense and the growing will be done outside of the gym.

    Personally, my days on/days off are the same...

    i go 3 on 1 off 3 on 1 off.

    depends what your splits are if you do 1 muscle aday go 6 on 1 off or 2 muscles a day go 3 on 1 off like others have said

    This is true for your muscles, but not for your CNS. So resting while your on is just as important while your off.

    i stick to 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off, or change to 1 on 1 off when i feel the need

    exactly. I make myself take the same off time whether on cycle or off.

    ya my bad i didnt even mean to make it look like i was recommending , i was just statin what i do. i just stuck to 6 on 1 off and i like it.

    you're lucky you can train that often, i feel exhausted the next day after a hard workout

    its not just that

    if i have a proper hardcore session and im in pain and i go to the gym the next day, i find it can hinder your next workout a little bit some of the time
