    First cycle, test only.

    Im 27 years old 179 to 185lbs and bodyfat ranges from 9 to 12%, i try to keep my diet as follows:50% protien 30%carbs 20%fats. ive been training for three years with good results, now i wana take it to the next level. ive been researching and learning alot from this forum for a few days and wana make sure i know what im doin. Sustanon 250 - Sachet what do ya think about 100mg 3 times a week? 8 week cycle, 15 days after test for the first week 100 mg a day clomid for the next 2 weeks 50 mg a day. and some Nolvadex on hand in case of bitch tits. should i use sustanon 300 instead of 250? should i start this off with dianabol? Thanks all

    Welcome.
    With sust I would follow a strict eod schedule, not just 3 days a week. 300mg/week is a bit conservative. I'd stick with one compound for a first cycle, and nolva and clomid for pct.

    Test e would be a better choice for a first cycle, shot twice a week.

    Personnally if you can get test e. That would be a good first cycle aas.

    1-12wks 500mg/wk
    pct 2 wks after last injection.

    one other thing, should i change my workout schedule with the test? each muscle group once a week?

    I have been lurkingfor a while reading mostly, and became a member .
    Here is my question for you guys. I am 40 and have been going to the gym for the last 15 months around work 3 times a week sometimes more, and sometimes less. I can't seem to get the effect I want like when I was younger (I know it is age).
    My son goes 5 days a week and practically lives there. He just started something called TEST that a friend of his at a suppliment store sold him. Little white pills, 10 mgand told him take 2 pills in the AM and 2 after lunch and 2 in the evening. After taking just 2 yesterday evening His arms were Huge.
    I am trying to cut myself down 5'10" 240 and diet isnt getting me there and lifting just makes the weight go up. A friend of mine gave me a pack of 100 D Ball to take but most here don't reccomend taking orals.. Advice needed. thanks

    Describe what the dbol looks like. I am wondering if they are legit or if they are a supplement. . . .100 legit dianabol is a nice "gift."

    Now, lets talk about your weight, diet etc.

    First, get off the scales. If you are putting good efforts into your workouts and building muscle, keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat, so your numeric value of your weight will increase. What you need to do is look in the mirror. Pay attention to your clothes. You are changing your body composition. More weight is not bad, as long as lean mass is going up and fat is going down.

    Most decent gyms can give you a body analysis and tell you what your fat % is. Start there and watch that.

    Diet. . .what are you calling a diet? Give us some information on that. That can tell us a lot about you.

    Workout? What are you calling a work out?

    Goals? What are you trying to achieve?

    Any cardio? For MAXIMUM fat loss, you should do morning cardio on an empty stomach. (chug a big glass of room temp water before hand to easy any hunger pains) Keep your heart rate in the "Fat burning zone." Exceeding it dramatically changes the effect of cardio and will cause you to become catabolic and you will find muscle mass fading away. About 30-45min a day is PLENTY. More is not better for burning fat.

    Thirdly.....You sons stuff and your stuff is fake. AAS will NOT cut you down like magic. Its in the diet and cardio. Just do some research on here somemore and I promise you will have questions and we will answer them for you. Also, where in Louisiana?

    Test E will be good for your first cycle I would throw in some d-bol for the first 4 weeks at 50mg a day good luck.
