Tren and sleep

I have been having a hard time sleeping, and im taking tren which is one of the side affects, im taking 75mg every 3rd day, and for sleep i take 5 benadryle and 3 melontoin to help me sleep,, but i only get 5-6 hours sleep, how long can i keep taking the benadryle? and does anybody else do this when on tren? to broke to buy ambien, spent all my money on cyp and deca powders and got them today!! starting the new year off right.. 2008.. happy new year to u all.. god bless

Hey Capt. that much benedryl(diphenhydramine HCL) can cause sleeplessness. Try cutting it back to 2(50mg or better yet, try Doxylamine succinate instead) and add 3-6mg Melatonin. If that doesn't help, go see your GP and ask for Lunesta. I've never been on tren, but I've deallt with chronic pain that's kept me from sleeping and Lunesta helped.

Hey, not to throw off the thread, but I am thinking of starting tren at 75 every other day or third day, are you having good results??

trensomnia sucks i was not able to sleep while on maybe 1 or 2 hrs here and there

Welcome to the wonderfull world of tren....I was running at 50mg ed and could barely sleep, heres the wierd part, I upped the dose to 75mg ed and slept much better?? Night sweats got allot worse but I got more sleep for longer periods at a time. Regaurdless, i got a script from my doc for ambien....works great, a must for tren users....

i never sleep on tren. just lay there sweating my ass off. sleeping meds only get me a few hours of sleep. u can try tylenol pm it helps a little.

You should be shooting Tren A more then every 3 days.. Try everyday or every other day..

i back off cause i needed the sleep, i felt like i got more sleep with every 3rd day, and my strenght is not through the roof but im still strong, still pushing 385 for 7 wei***ng at 225, but when i was i was taking a shot everyday i was pushing 415 for 5, wei***ng at 233, lost 30 lbs on bench and lost 8lbs on my body, but i sleep better.
