Inject question

I thought I'd list this so everyone could answer. Ok getting ready for first inject cycle after reading the ed threads I'm a little concerned about sus 250. Is all this negativity true maybe for a first injectable I shouldn't be going with it. I was going to inject it twice weekly which would be a total of 500mg. If so what should i go with and how many inj per week.

I went with Test E instead as it is a single long ester and only need to be injected twice per week most people will tell you sustanon needs to be shot EOD minimum.
