    Time off between cycles..

I know the general rule of thumb is time of cycle + time of pct = time between cycles.. but why? what are the negative side effects from starting sooner than that after your PCT is over?

Bro,the full pct will insure your test levels to go back to normal...also Pct will kick start your HPTA...the break will help your body recover..NO,i'm not talking about your muscles..i'm talking about your Liver count...Kidneys...not to mention your triglycerdides and cholsetrol...the LDL and HDL...you need to stay healthy..

That's the protocol I am going to start using. I'm only about to start my second cycle, I did my first one November-January Last year. In reality, the only thing that can tell you if you are ready to cycle again is blood work. (You should have pre-cycle and post-cycle blood work)..

Just give your body enough time to recover. How can you accurately monitor your body if you don't have a base sample to compare against?
