    Workout routine for Clenbuterol

I am thinking of taking a 4-week cycle of Clen and possibly cytomel in between cycles of clen. I would like to know if I should be doing cardio with this? Also should I be doing high or low reps? I plan on eating around 2500 calories and about 250g of protein. I am 5'11" 190lbs. Can anyone please help me? Thanks.

cardio is always good. I did clen at 2 weeks on 1 week of benadryl repeat. worked well. i couldnt do repetitive things like elipticals without getting some cramping. taurine is supposed to help with that i think.

Thanks for the replies. I am trying get down to about get down to a lean 175-180 and maintain muscle. I already lost 35 pounds in 6 months time but I think I am at a plateau. I have a little bit of a beer gut. What is this benadryl? What is that supposed to do? When I usually do cardio, I do intervals. Would that be better or would maintaining a steady heart rate be ideal?

also is 2500 calories enough while on Cytomel? I do not want to lost very much muscle mass. I have never taken any steroid, so what little muscle there is I would like to keep.

a friend gave me some clen, I haven't started taking any yet as I am going to the doctor on Feb 8th for a complete Testosterone Blood work up. Then I can decide to take it. Or what ever the doctor prescribes.
Not to HIJACK the thread but I am 235 lbs and do some cardio and do try and watch my diet, no soft drinks bla bla bla, but even though I do workout 3-4 times a week I can't seem to get the gains in size and muscle I want.

Hi, I'm new to everything here, I had never heard of clen until just a few weeks ago on TV. they made it sound like the magic weight loss pill that everyone has always been looking for. A friend bought some clen for me as a gift and I decided that I better look into it. I have come to the conclusion that it's more for bodybuilders and not just a "magic" pill that you can take for a few weeks and POOF the fat is gone. Since this has been highly talked about on TV with Hollywood secret diet pill I figured there is probably many more out there like me who wants to try this to loose weight but doesn't really know the best way to go about it.

With that being said, I'm 46, 5'6 and need to lose about 40 pounds. I haven't been to the gym for 5 years so I'm pretty out of shape at this point in my life. I'm ready to do what it takes to get myself back in shape. I'm wondering if anyone knows what is the most beneficial diet to go on to help accelerate the weight loss? High Protein diet perhaps? Or just any low cal 1200 per day type diet?

Also I'm not looking to bulk up but just become VERY tone.

    Thanks for your help! ;-)

I suggest heading over to the diet forum on here and start reading..compounds like clen are on beneficial if you have a solid diet and training program in place to start wtih. Something you need to figure out are your basic metablic rate (BMR) and how many calories you burn a day based on your lifestyle and activity level. To burn fat, you need a caloric defict so you want to eat less than you burn daily, but not starve yourself. You will still need to eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism going. You should also figure out how many cals you eat daily and how many come from protein/fat/carbs..theres lots of good info on here
