A friend bought some clen for me as a gift and I decided that I better look into it. With that being said, I'm 46, 5'6 and need to lose about 40 pounds. I haven't been to the gym for 5 years so I'm pretty out of shape at this point in my life. I'm ready to do what it takes to get myself back in shape. I'm wondering if anyone knows what is the most beneficial diet to go on to help accelerate the weight loss? High Protein diet perhaps? Or just any low cal 1200 per day type diet?
Also I'm not looking to bulk up but just become VERY tone.
