I have had some friends use it in contest prep. Seems to tighten up the skin and pull subcutaneous water. Not a miracle cream but you may experience some results.

I'm actually using it now with fairly good success. Like Rickson said, it just helps tighten skin and get rid of water. It's not a cure but if you keep using it regularly it seems to work quite well. Although i should mention i got much better results at a lower bodyfat %...

I have used it along w/ DMSO and it works good to tighten your skin but it does burn a little.
