500mgs/week is a good start... you should run that for 12 weeks, and check out the PCT forum section for pct advice

are you asking how much is in each CC or how much would be best to take weekly?

if the first than each cc equals 250mgs

if the latter then you need to follow the others suggestions above, what is your history, what are your goals, what is your PCT plan?

I would recommend a little more research before you start this cycle. What are you stats and cycle history?

nolvadex and clomid should do you for PCT....make sure and get it before you start incase you get any side effects during your cycle.... some sides, if not treated imidiatly, are irreversable.
