Accutane is powerful stuff that I would only use as a last result (the reason I have never used it).. Tanning, Dawn Dish Soap, Nizoral.. and MOST importantly.. Keep your blood levels consistant will all help prevent acne.. or help remedy

Ummm just deal with it bro... it's a side.. a consequence for your action.. trying to combat it would just seem useless.. if you really have to like its unbearable go tan. But you shouldnt be getting the sides that bad if you would keep your levels consistent. What is the underlaying factor here?? Hmmm

all mine came at end of cycle for the most part, but tanning really does help! and my old lady stoped taking her acne med cause it messes with her birth control but she kept getting her script for me

Continuous Tanning is the best way. You don't have to do anything crazy, just go tanning like once a week.
