Test info!
Well we all know there are diferent test out there, I am looking for info on Test E.
If I were to do 500mg per week(split in 2 per week) so 250mg monday & 250mg Thus.
For 10 week- WHAT KIND OF GAIN am I looking for? per week or month?

Depends on diet and how hard you workout. Everyone is different so genetics play a part too.

No there will be no 1lb or 500lb hoping 10lb, I am bring in about 3400cal a day slowly making my way to 3600. I would like 3800cal before I start my cycle. Also watching my fats and carbs I am working my,
Arms/Forearm day 1
OFF DAY 2
Chest/Neck/Deltoid (Front and Side) DAY 3
OFF DAY 4
Legs/back/A**ominal Day 5
OFF Day 6
Day 7 back to Day1
When I start my cycle I would like to add-on,
On days-off: Bike 30-45mins at a good paces ( so I don't lose lots of muscle mass)
Days at Gym bike for 20min.
the way I will be lifing weights, will be to start heavy and end heavy. frist set atless 8reps do atless 2 sets of 6 reps. then last set atless 4reps

whats with all the educated questions on exactly how much weight people will gain on cycle??... please people do some reading!!

provided diet is in check it can vary greatly individual to individual.
genetics play a factor as well, but lets say you have your diet and training down and you are ready for aas use.
it could vary from 15-30 pounds, including water weight etc.
and it doesnt matter if its prop, cyp or enanthate , test is test.

Just finished my first 12 weeker of TestE (500mg 2x a\week). Also frontloaded with some Oral-Turinabol for the first 3.5 weeks @ approx 50mg a\day on average. Been running 0.25mg of Armixdex ed also.
Infact I'm not done yet, the gains and power are really kicking in now and I feel like I would benefit from extending it another 2weeks. 10 weeks sounds a few weeks too short.
To this point I'm up 25lbs from 195lbs. Strength gains are fantastic, the bench-press 1rep max alone is up like 110lbs But like others have pointed out already, this kind of cycle have alot of potensial. It comes down to how you're able to execute it. Really have to get those 6 balanced meals a day, along with a 8hour sleeping routine. And the training is just fun man
