    10 days in to first cycle 19lbs heavier?

    I am on day 10 of my first cycle and have already gained 19lbs, I started at 238 and am now 257. I am eating alot and working out properly infact I do cardio everyday too. I am not really getting fat a little bloated but not that bad considering it is 19lbs oh yeah and I`m 6'2.5" and 24 years old.

    cycle consists of this:
    weeks:
    1-12 Test E 250mg twice a week
    1-4 dbol 40mg ed (I know this is where the weight is coming from)
    9-14 winnie 50mg ed
    I have arimidex but have not been taking it yet. Also have nolva and clomid for pct.

    Back to my question is there anything I should be concerned about with this much weight gain thus far? I am getting stronger and my muscles alot bigger, just being that this is a first cycle I am wondering if this is too much weight too fast.

    so blood pressure ok I`ll keep checking that. Any other ideas? would the arimidex help with bloat or be counter-productive?

    Yes, adex will help your bloat. Also, you need to watch your diet. Sodium can add a lot of retention.

    Yeah that could be part of it I am eating alot of beef sticks and beef jerkey which would account for some sodium. So I should take the adex temporarily to relieve the bloat?

    would .5mg/ day be a good dose? I have 25 1mg tabs

    some people react different to dbol ..... some gain alot of bloat...... also like mentioned above sodium intake in your diet will dictate how much bloat..... how much water are you drinking a day? atleast a 1.5 gallons i hope if not .... get there.....


    Also, beef in a wrapper products have tons of sodium.........try getting your diet in check better...

    Fix your diet first. Then use an AI if the bloat doesnt go away. Adex is afterall, another durg...

    hmm I just have alot of difficulty getting enough protein with work, I am also eating 2-3 protein bars a day and tons of water. I think I will try the adex, I think this is more to do with the dbols overall. I know beef sticks arent great but to retain 19lbs. from a little extra sodium sounds a little off too me. What could I substitute for the beed sticks? I bring 2 tuna sandwhiches, 4 small oranges, 2 v-8 cans,5 beef sticks, 2 -28g bags of beef jerkey, 3 protein bars, thats for my 9 hour work days.

    these guys seem to have the bases covered lets sum it up

    1. Clean up your diet.... lower your sodium intake
    2. Consume 1.5-2 gallons of water a day
    3. Run an AI like arimidex @ .5 ED/aromasin @ 10mg ED

    and that should alleviate that bloat

    I'm your height exactly and weight 273 I bloat like a freak if I go over 30mg of dbol ED w/o an AI

    P.S. Go checkout the diet forum for diet help...

    dinner is 2 chicken breasts then a bowl of raisin bran followed by a protein drink with glutamine after workout

    For breakfast teh first week I was eating 5 eggs, 5 breakfast sausages and 2 brown toast with no butter. The last 2 days I just ate raisin bran for breakfast.

    i also take multi vits, and bcaa caps

    thanks alot guys will do, have to find another protein source with less sodium for work maybe ill make some extra chicken breasts the night before or something.

    Why is it that you ask questions as to why your gaining so much and when we tell you, you argue and say it must be the dbol ? Bro, youre diet needs work! Protein bars, beef sticks and V-8? Come on, bro, thats not real food.
    And youre so quick to use a drug to try to fix your problem. With your current diet, adding an AI like adex will be hell on your lipid profile and can lead to more health issues that are more serious than bloat.
    Ive ran dbol before and never had bloat issues.

    You can substitute the breakfast sausages with more egg whites. Egg whites are one of the best protein sources.

    I was at 17-18% when I started. I will look into diet more I guess I will have to prepare more food to bring to work instead of all the pre packed garbage I have been eating.

    I think you'll feel better and get more quality gaints too, bro. Heck, you may even lose some bf.

    you will def loose bf .... thats for sure .... 17-18% .... your diet prob isnt in check..... once that is straightened out then ... you will get the results you want ... good luck...

    well i agree with starting to take an AI... you should start a-dex at .25mgs/day then if you don't see the results you want bump the dose...
