    Deca/ test make you increase body fat?

    Im 20y.o 5'10 170lbs 7% bf. i have always been cut my whole life and have never done cardio. Will starting a deca test cycle make me lose my six pack or make it look bloated or something? I have never tried to cut down before, and was wondering if i would have to do cardio during or after my cycle to get back to my original bf, or do you typicaly grow the same way you were?

    You need to do alot more research before deciding to use anything.

    i've done plenty of research. I know the rest of my body will increase in fat and thats fine. I just want to know how it will affect my stomach after all the bloat is gone.

    Why do you never do cardio? you should do it now on cycle especially.

    Agreed. And obviously you haven't, or else you wouldn't be asking a question about fat gain on a particular part of your body.

    I'll answer your question, despite my reservation to do so:
    1) Fat and bloat are two different things.

    2) Fat is fat.

    3) Bloat is water and can be prevented with proper diet and drugs.

    4) Steroids don't make you gain fat. Food does.

    5) No one knows how much fat you will gain.

    6) Especially not in a particular area.

    I hope you are not really close to cycling. My suggestion, for the sake of your health, would be to do a great deal of research.

    Absolutely. You should do cardio for heart health...always.

    How much you do depends on your goals.

    Bloat and Fat are 2 different things.. AAS is NOT going to make you fat... the foods you choose to indulge will..

    Thanks for the replies. I get it now. Honestly i've done a whole lot of research for over 2 months now. I just dont know what to expect from fat because i never had to worry about it before.

    i eat everything in sight. I just dont get eat. Drinking a lot of protein shakes makes my stomach bloated for a little while. . . .thats about it. I grew really good naturally with my diet and workout.
