You said you want some advice to tell your friend. Why not tell him he should join this website and do some research for himself. If he is even slightly interested in getting larger, getting healthier or losing fat, there is a learning process he must go through. You are 19 right now. Chances are some of your friends will get married and some might go to jail. Some will get good jobs and others will lose jobs. Just because someone is your friend does not mean we can give you advice to get him not to make stupid mistakes if he happens to be a stupid person. (No offense) You will not find one person on this site that recommends he moves forward with AAS at this point in his life and unless he considers his own health there is not much information or advice we can give.
You are his friend, not us. You are the one that has to take the keys from the drunk so-to-speak. Sometimes it is hard to do it, but if he hurts himself you are only going to feel worse because every one of us warned you.
Good luck and as I said, why not have him at least come to this site to learn something about what he is planning on getting involved with. At least he should look at it like hang gliding or something where it may be a good idea to read the instructions first.
