I plan on taking a trip within the next year with my brother...I really do not care where we go as long as I can drink a little,see some interesting things, hit on some locals, etc. My question is which country would it be easiest to go to and get some gear legally or easily? and how would I go about getting it back...putting it through the mail...?

even though u can own aas for personal use here, ya still cant buy them legally anywhere....
