Cycle is as follows
week 1-10 sustanon 125mg EOD (500mg/week)
week 6-12 Winstrol 50mg ED (oral)
week 1-12 Nolvadex 10mg ED

week 12-14 Nolvadex 40mg ED Clomid 100mg ED
week 14-16 Nolvadex 20mg ED Clomid 50mg ED

May substitute Arimidex for nolvadex during cycle and aromasin for clomid during PCT if i can get ahold of some in the next week, otherwise, cycle will be run as stated above.

personally I would only use a serm or ai on cycle if conditions call for it.
