    First Cycle Advice

    Need to bulk up asap. I'm 19 years old and have been lifting since I've been 12. It seems I haven't been able to get past my recent plateau. Looking for advice on my first cycle. I've heard that Test E alone is a must for a first cycle but a friend of mine said an all oral cycle (d-bol, anadrol)would be best for putting on serious mass, but I don't want to sustain any liver damage. Any advice?

    That's what I figured. I think running Test E for 12 weeks @ 400mg/week would be suitable for a first cycle. What ya'll think?

    i dont get u have been liftin since 12 but have'nt put on any size post ur workout please

    test is a good first cycle but ur not ready for that yet

    you can take dbol 1-4 wks at a low dose along with the test

    5 day split pyramid(12reps + 5lbs, 10reps + 5 lbs, 8reps + 5lbs and add 5lbs every week): day 1: arms- barbell curls, dumbell curls, hammer curls, wrist curls, tricep extensions.
    day 2: legs- leg press, squats, calve raises, leg extensions
    day 3: chest- bench, incline dumbell press, decline barbell press, dumbell flyes
    day 4: back- deadlifts, barbell rows, dumbell rows
    day 5:shoulders- military press, lateral raises, arnold press, upright barbell rows

    u think itll b alright if i take dbol with test for my first cycle? i read that you should only introduce 1 new compound to your body @ a time.

    i think the problem is he needs muscle faster than he can normally produce it. no one has asked what ur work out is like or what ur eating. i mean he could consider working out as 30 min on the treadmill and curling a few weights! id do alot of core excersizes. what is you reasoning for bulking so fast? and yes dont listen to ur friend!

    or do u think 19 is too young for my first cycle? i know guys who started cycling @ 15.

    i try to get as much calories and protein as possible through 6 meals a deal + supplements.
    Meal 1: Bacon, Cereal, Toast w/ PB, apple, Milk, Protein, Creatine
    Meal 2: Big Sandwich, Chicken Strips, Large Choco Milk
    Meal 3: Kraft Dinner or pasta dish, protein shake
    Meal 4: Ground Beef, Spinach, Rish, protein shake
    Meal 5: Whatever my moms feels like cookin, lol
    Meal 6: Hungry man tv dinner(for cals)

    whao bro , we here to help u! if ur not gonna take people advice when they are tryin to help you then please leave. he was correct your diet sucks. this is one of the reasons we dont encourage AAS use when ur 19 because u dont understand or take into consederation what people are tellin you. please be considerate!

    no first things first we are pnly telling you why u are not gaining. food is the most important thing on or off anything. for suggestions i would hit up the diet section
