    Thumbs up 1st cycle help need

    I am considering my first cycle at some point in the next couple of months
    I am looking at a cutting cycle to hold on to my muscle
    So far i like the profiles of Anavar 40-50mg/day and primobolan undecided dose

    I AM 248LBS 6.5FT and have been training solidly for 7 years (im 31)

    I sick of gaining muscle just to lose it when i cut. My BF is about 18-20% i get to about 12-13% and most of my muscle has gone with it.

    I know HOW to be strict with diet although have not done this in a while.

    I am also going to add in 3 weeks of clen and maybe cytomel (need to do more research and thinking on this) at the end of the cycle as it coincides with a three week break from work ( I work in health in a hospital and need to be dry, shake free and right in the head (jitters) when there so i will leave that 'till last.
    so Either an 8 10 or 12 week cycle overall with 3 extra fat burn at the end

    cam i have a decent go of things on anavar alone

    pct to be nova and hcg

    What does anyone think?

    i want to cut not bulk first i need to shift these handles before i bulk.

    I am ok on a natrual diet, that is i have had succesful natrual bulk and cuts

    this is going to differ on juice insn't it

    Brother, time to do some research... Diet, Training correctly, etc.


    If your cutting. you shouldnt be losing muscle??

    If your 18-20% your not eating correctly.. Diet Forum

    Yeah I agree with duramax. There are alot of questionable comments in your post that makes one wonder if you did your homework.
