Hi, i am 22 yrs old, 6'1 194 lbs and probably around 10% bf. i am looking to put on a few pounds (maybe 10) and gain as much strength as i can. i have always had the goal that i want to be so ripped that it scares really old people(just a joke 6 or 7% would be nice). I have been moving closer to that goal ever since i made some big lifestyle and diet changes. but i still would like to be leaner and stronger, the weight is not a big deal to me. A friend of mine gave me some EQ he had and told me to take 1cc a week for ten weeks. i have heard that all cycles should be test based but he told me that i would lose much of my gains after coming off of it and i definitley don't want that. I have read EQ is very versatile and it can help me with my goal of gaining strength and dropping bf. When i asked him what to use for PCT he chuckled thinking it was a little ridiculous for such a small cycle. I have had similar responses from other experienced guys, should i be worried about this at all? Also i'm wondering if i should continue using the supps i am on. i think i should discontinue them and start them back again just before i go off the EQ since i have no pct as of yet to help me keep my gains. (supps include NOX-CG3 and Ephedrine and now milk thistle) thanks in advance for the help!
